The Fat Panel analysed celebrity chefs' recipes and discovered that many individual dishes provided more than 100% GDA of saturated fat.
By outlining simple ways to slash the saturated fat whilst maintaining the delicious flavour, Nexus created ‘The Guilty Secret of Celebrity Chefs’ report and launched it to media via a blind taste test at a central London venue.
For more than a week, the story flooded the media both in the UK and internationally. Results are still being evaluated but currently stand at 275 million media impressions.
